⚖️ Terms of Service ​

Welcome to Nexora ("the Bot", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), authored and maintained by Oryzen. By inviting, accessing, or using Nexora on Discord or interacting with our related documentation and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not add or use Nexora in your Discord server.

1. Description of Service ​

Nexora is an all-in-one Discord bot designed to provide cryptocurrency market data, multi-chain public wallet tracking, smart contract security audits, automated price notifications, and airdrop information.

Services include:

  • Real-time cryptocurrency price queries, DEX liquidity analytics, and market statistics.
  • Non-custodial public blockchain address balance monitoring (Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base).
  • Smart contract security scans (honeypot analysis, token taxes, mint authority risks).
  • Automated alerts and airdrop radar notifications.

2. Financial & Investment Disclaimer ​

WARNING

NEXORA DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.

  • All data, prices, metrics, charts, security scores, and airdrop announcements provided by Nexora are for informational and educational purposes only.
  • Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and carry significant financial risk.
  • You are solely responsible for conducting your own research (DYOR) before making any trading, buying, selling, or investment decisions.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or profitability of any data delivered by the bot.

3. Non-Custodial Nature & Private Keys ​

  • Nexora is strictly non-custodial.
  • NEVER SHARE YOUR PRIVATE KEYS, RECOVERY SEED PHRASES, OR PASSWORDS WITH ANYONE, INCLUDING NEXORA OR ITS DEVELOPERS.
  • Nexora will never ask for your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet signatures.
  • You only provide public blockchain addresses (e.g. 0x... or Solana public keys) for public read-only balance lookups.

4. Acceptable Use Policy ​

When using Nexora, you agree not to:

  1. Abuse, spam, or attempt to overwhelm the bot’s API or Discord slash commands with automated spam scripts.
  2. Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the bot’s PostgreSQL database, backend workers, or hosting infrastructure.
  3. Use the bot to facilitate illegal transactions, fraud, or violations of applicable regional laws.
  4. Violate the Discord Terms of Service or Discord Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block any user or Discord guild from using Nexora for violations of these Terms.

5. Third-Party Services & Public Data ​

Nexora interacts with third-party APIs and public blockchain networks, including but not limited to:

  • CoinGecko API
  • DexScreener API
  • GoPlus Security API & RugCheck
  • CryptoPanic API
  • Public Blockchain RPC Nodes (Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base)

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the uptime, content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability ​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORYZEN, NEXORA DEVELOPERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  1. Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the bot.
  2. Inaccurate, delayed, or erroneous price feeds, smart contract audit results, or gas metrics.
  3. Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  4. Smart contract exploits, honeypots, rug pulls, or hacks involving tokens scanned or tracked via the bot.

7. Modifications to Terms ​

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this documentation page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Nexora following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
